Mr. Destructo is not super talky like Penguin Girl was at the same age. When you ask him to tell you about things, he may or may not answer. And if he does, it may or may not actually be something that happened recently. Today was a school day for him.
Me: Where did you go today?
Mr. D: School!
Me: Oh, school! Fun! What did Miss D say?
Mr. D: No! Take turns!
I bet that's exactly what Miss D said today. Many times.
